Day 1... not a work day

Just a few pictures from our day today, enjoy.

For past volunteers and travelers who know who Rodrigo is, we had burgers at his restaurant. Most of us shared a meal and you can see in the picture why. Lloyd and Jeanette were more then full after sharing this monster sized "special" burger. It had everything on it from beef, to bacon, to egg to chicken liver.

And for dessert Wilf and Karen shared a strawberry chocalet crepe, mmm...

Once returning from all our adventures for the day we got a better idea of what our working time will look like. We will be headed to the Rehab Center starting... Tuesday. We were informed that tomorrow is a holiday here in Brazil meaning the locals who we hire to work along side of us need to be paid over time. All this said we will officially start work Tuesday and then work a full day Saturday to make up for our lthat lost work day.
Thanks for checking, talk to you tomorrow.
To God be the Glory!
